Refund and Returns Policy

At Dog Perfume Shop, we offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to process the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. These restrictions will be noted on the product page. If you have questions about specific products, feel free to reach out to us. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, we suggest returning the original item first. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require extra time to finalize the refund.
